As first line support, you are our customers' first point of contact and provide support to both job seekers in Visma Recruit as well as to users of Visma Recruit, such as managers, employees and system expert at our customers. You work in close collaboration with Visma Recruit second line support and the delivery organization. You also receive and register cases for other products in our Business Unit.
Visma is looking for a new Customer Care Specialist, to join Visma Labs.
Key responsibilities:
  • First line support for our Swedish customers (back-up of others)
  • Reply to customer inquiries via telephone, email and CRM system
  • Create and follow-up customer engagement plans
  • End-User support in questions regarding system usage and receiving product change requests
  • Publish ads on OffentligaJobb.se
  • Cooperation with the 2nd line to resolve incidents that can not be resolved directly
  • Use available resources efficiently to assess customer issues and recommend valid solutions
  • Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
  • Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research

Job requirements:

We are looking for a person with good customer service experience who meets several of the following expectations:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and integrate a proactive approach to assignments
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adjust to new systems
  • Effective organizational and time management skills

As advantage: 

  • Knowledge and working experience with HR & Recruitment Tools
  • Previous experience working in Customer Care
