Visma is looking for a new Swedish Speaking Customer Satisfaction Survey Coordinator to join Visma Labs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer surveys via phone and e-mail communication
  • Summarize customer comments and satisfaction level about company’s services
  • Report results to senior colleagues


We are looking for a person with experience in customer service who meets the following expectations:

  • Excellent verbal and written Swedish and English language skills
  • Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills)
  • Positive attitude and responsibility
